Bowl and
Aquarium Setup: Plants |
|
| |
There are generally three types of plants that
one can add to a bowl or aquarium.
- Aquatic, plants that live completely under water and
will eventually dry out and die unless kept submersed.
- Marginal, grow both in and out of water, many of which
need to be kept very moist if out of water.
- Terrestrial, plants that mainly grow on land. This would
seem an unlikely candidate for an aquarium plant but since
many of this plants can be propagated by putting a cut
segment in water to allow their roots to grow, their addition
to the selection makes perfect sense.
